How to write a news story in English? How do we construct an effective magazine, newspaper or online news article? Come to learn the most basic and convincing opening techniques in English news articles. There will be interviews and writing examples from the most famous contemporary English writers, including novelists, columnists and journalists. 

講者簡介

Karen Lee taught at Taipei National University of the Arts, Taiwan. She has been an editor, journalist and freelance writer for different types of magazines in both English and Mandarin. She is also a teacher of English News Writing and Applied English in Theater and an English-Mandarin interpreter. The latest book she translated into Chinese is by the Pulitzer Prize–winning journalist, also an author of New York Times - Susan Faludi’s In The Dark Room.
